  • I was able to hire two new Millennial's because of the take away from Gustavo's last presentation. Talk about timely. He was exactly right on all counts. Money is important but more important is PTO, mentoring, and overall comfort with the culture of the business. We had to adjust compensation and benefits, but in the end, the changes will cost us the same or less than previous.

After attending Dr. Gustavo’s workshop on culture, we assembled a cross section of employees from our company to dig into our culture and discuss topics like how our organization changes human experience in the world.
